Using the IEAS technique as follows: Image - Show an Image on PowerPoint, Create a Visual Image via a Story, Draw an Image on Flipchart or Whiteboard. Explanation - Give the audience the key point and supporting information. Activity - Mix this part up - Discussion, Story, Quiz, Poll, Debate, Lecture, Watch Video Summary - Reinforce the key part of the information. In addition to this method, you can use the flip chart, white board and PowerPoint differently so that the presentation moves between these three modes of communication.
