The Certificate in Professional Speaking is delivered through online learning. You will need access to a computer and high speed internet such as ADSL. You will also need access to an actual workplace or simulated environment and to office equipment, documentation and resources.
You will need to complete a series of online short answer assessments and some case studies to form your understanding of preparing, delivering and evaluating a presentation before demonstrating your new formed skills. In your final assessment you will need to prepare, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of at least two 15 minute presentations related to your occupation or area of interest.
