Paul is able to deliver his presentation is a wide range of setting and formats. If available, his preference is to have a laptop and data projector available so that he can use his presentation from USB. A flipchart, whiteboard and lecturn should also be available.
The room should be set up in theatre style with a minimum of one metre space for an aisle and around the sides and back of the room. Paul likes to move around and amongst the group as he speaks. If people are sitting at tables, it is preferred to have them in banquet style so that each person is facing the front of the room. These guidelines will enhance Paul's rapport with his audience - they are not requirements but rather are provided to help event planners identify and coordinate resources. . AV Preference - Keynote
